Lisa Godfrey
TRID President

Lisa holds undergraduate degrees in English and history (BA) and a graduate degree in Education (MS). She is the chairperson of the Sign Language Interpreting Department at Tennessee Temple University and also works as a video remote interpreter for Fluent Language Solutions. She holds both the CI and the CT from RID and the qualified certificate from the American Sign Language Teachers Association and has completed the course work for a certificate in Teaching ASL and Interpreting from the University of Colorado. She recently earned a certificate as a master mentorship. She is the recipient of the 2004 TRID Presidents Award and the 2006 Region II Representatives Award.
